PPPProject at the Canadian Game Studies Association Conference

The full PPPProject team attended the annual Canadian Game Studies Association conference from June 11-14, 2o26 at Concordia University in Montreal.

We presented early results from our survey of developers affected by adult content policy changes on Steam and itch.io in July 2025 in a presentation entitled “Deplatforming Déjà Vu? Payment Processors, Platform Policy and Pornographic Games.” This paper will be the basis of a report that we hope to release in early fall 2026.
